August was another great month for condo sales within the Yonge and Eglinton area of Toronto.  The local area remains to be very popular and sustainable with low inventory levels of new and old condos.  A total of 24 condos sold with 47 condos still available in the market.  I noticed some strong sales on Merton Street and at 43 Eglinton Ave over the past 30 days.  900 Mt. Pleasant saw it’s first condo hit the resale market and ended up selling very quickly.  I’ve listed the latest statistics for the Yonge and Eglinton condo Market below.
